Corporate SMS platform :
Application
Overview
It’s a web based application to facilitate the corporate user to meet their
communication requirement. Application is powered by user friendly web
interfaces developed in ASP.NET and in the background PostGreSQL/MySQL
open source RDBMS. So, the operator can deploy this platform investing a very
low amount.
System
Architecture:
Corporate Messaging
Platform interface with the SMSC with SMS messages coming via
Internet/Extranet. All Push messages will be routed through this platform to
SMSC. This platform will format the SMS messages to the required protocol (SMPP)
to talk to the SMSC over a TCP/IP link.
Clients/Applications push or receive messages through Interfaces like URL/http,
https and xml thus making the external clients applications protocol agnostics.
The system will have client software by which agent can login and the agent can
send and receive SMS. Present system support text SMS. Development is underway
to support binary & Unicode SMS shortly.
CDR can be generated and by using FTP those can be collected.
The platform generate logs and alarms for statistics and diagnostics. Alarms is
generated on conditions like connection time out to the interface, physical link
failures, etc.
The platform is usable by individual clients (Enterprise/Corporate) to send
either messages to individuals mobile numbers or a group of mobile numbers using
the file upload option (Containing the list of MSISDN no) using the Web
interface/URL access provided. Clients back end systems is able to push the
messages based on event triggers through a URL call.
It displays the client ID as the sender ID in the recipient mobile handset.
Platform should support Alphanumeric Sender ID.
Text, Flash, Binary, Unicode Compliant messages
It has provision to define Alphanumeric origination address as part of the
message being submitted
It has provision to define No. of Messages that can be sent by each client with
a validity period Automatic disabling of client account when exceeds the
allocated quota
Clients can define their own sender ID
It has provision for administrator to enhance quota capacity for individual
clients

Features
The following are the major requirement

write SMS and send to a MSISDN

with name and MSISDN

needs to forward the Picture to us to convert it to Mobile format with a minimum

web site. But this is an additional feature which need some time and additional
